It's easy to sit back and think about all the reasons not to exercise (i.e., I'm tired, it hurts, I can't do much, or it's too hard). It is even easier not to contemplate the possibility of exercise. The hard part is making the conscious decision to make a change in your life and to write out or verbalize what that change will be. The hardest part is the first step, but the most gratifying experience is seeing the improvements you can make from that point forward. Remember that the most difficult step is merely getting out of bed and putting on your running shoes. After you walk out that door, the run is easy.
