NCPAD is designed as an electronic information center and William J. Schiller is responsible for the primary user interface, the NCPAD website. He has collaborated on the vision and design of NCPAD from its beginning. In his dual role as Associate Director and Technology Coordinator, Bill works with all the members of NCPAD in the design and operation of the center. Bill is an instructional psychologist who has worked in the content area of disability for more than 20 years and has worked with information technology, especially personal computers, throughout his career.
