i recommend to consult your personal doctor regarding to this matter.
check everything first how fit you are to take an exercise plan then go to a near gym where you can seek the assistance of a gym instructor.

I talked with a military recruiter today since I'm finally getting closer to weight. My goal is to get into Millitary Intelligence as an officer and then get out and use that plus my degrees to get into the FBI. So I'm at 215 and found out my max weight to join is at 194. That gives me 21 lbs to drop and I want to do so in 10 weeks. So I need some help upping my exercise to make up for the extra pound I need to lose weekly. I'm planning on running/situps/push ups since I need to get good at all 3 of those anyway, since running is the only one that probably burns much in the way of calories I'm expecting those to cover 300 cals if I run/walk the 2.4 mile loop close to my house every morning and do a couple minutes of push ups/situps. What can I do daily past that to cover the additional 200 cals? I don't have access to a gym and am kind of poor right now to do anything expensive. I do hike and walk a decent amount but those are already figured in as part of my current 1 or so pounds per week.
I also don't really eat a very protein heavy diet. Is that going to be an issue with extra exercise? Remember right now my goal is just to drop weight fast not build muscle. I probably eat about 60/20/20 right now with that 60 being carbs. Do I need to clean up my eating yet? I hate to add too much at once because I think it might be harder to stick to if I make it too hard. I also don't want to cut my cals below 2000 I think I could without much trouble but I think it would be healthier to do the additional through exercise.
Thanks guys.

How should I exercise in order to lose fat? I want lose some fat around my stomach and butt are. I've already adjusted my meals to get a nutritional diet every day. Regarding exercise, should I run or walk? I've heard walking/running backwards helps tone body shape but is that just a myth?

 Walking
I think walking is the best exercise. It is a natural form of exercise and enjoyable as well. A 45 min walk every day will help loose weight, keep those joints flexible and you get to meet people out there also. But remember, you have to do some stretch exercise before and after walking. Carry a bottle of water and a towel and of course your MP3 player to enjoy your walk.

There are many yoga positions that you can do sitting down. That would be a great start to build your muscles before moving on to free weights. Once you are strong enough to do the free weights, alternate between yoga and weight lifting in order to give yourself a balanced workout.
