Nutrition Spotlight:  How to Lower Your Breast Cancer Risk

Have you seen a lot more pink than usual over the past few days? That's because October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. While there is currently no way to completely avoid this disease, did you know that making certain dietary decisions can help lower your risk of being diagnosed with breast cancer? Learn more about the preventive effects of antioxidants, as well as some delicious recipes in which to get as many of them as possible, in this month's Nutrition Spotlight.
