Lifetime Sports: Sled Hockey |
Introduction to Sled HockeySled hockey is a sport that is played on the ice while seated in a sled. It is similar to ice hockey, but a sled is used in place of skates. Though the sled is designed for people with lower-extremity disabilities, people without disabilities may also participate in this sport.
