Independent Fitness Consultants (IFC) is a non-intimidating private personal fitness training studio in the Los Angeles area. The facilities located in Sherman Oaks and West Los Angeles is staffed by health care professionals and private personal trainers providing fully comprehensive health and fitness programs. All programs follow guidelines approved by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).

Each client of IFC receives an exercise prescription based on their long and short term goals, medical history, as well as their existing physical condition. Each client will also receive nutritional consultation to improve eating habits and compliment their personal training program, which is overseen by their own private personal trainer.
