Notes

Zero Gravity diving centre could not be in a better location for the Disabled Scuba Diver, directly on the sea front with easy access to the water. Via our slip-way or onto the jetty you can easily board our '7.5m Fast Rib' to get you quickly out to the many dive sites! This is an ideal location also for instructing, as our Qualified IAHD Instructors have everything on-site; classroom, equipment and the direct access to the water. All Instructional Diving is done on a one to one basis so as to ensure total commitment to the Student Diver. Accompanied and Semi Unaccompanied Dive Packs are available to you, dependent on the level of your disability and the assistance you may or may not require. With the Horizon Restaurant on site, this will allow family and friends to watch and encourage you as you progress to becoming an Open Water Diver.

The IAHD (International Association of Handicapped divers) Instructors Course was developed so that already Qualified Diving Instructors, could teach disabled students to dive. This was brought about when the IAHD was formed in 1993. The aim is to promote, develop and conduct programs for the training of the physically disabled in scuba diving. It has conducted numerous Professional and Non-professional programs at locations all around the world.
