Arthritis Aquatic Exercise

Created by the National Arthritis Foundation and taught by certified instructors, these exercise programs target individuals with arthritis and other related diseases. Helps ease joint pain, increase range of motion in the joints and increases flexibility. Exercises are gentle and performed in shallow water.
