• Special Abilities Kajukenbo (SAK) is a one of the kind adaptive martial arts program for children and adults with physical and mental disabilities. (SAK) provides a fun, supportive, and friendly environment in which our students advance at their own pace, each receiving specialized instruction and personal attention from Black Belt instructors and spirited encouragement from their peers. It's a place where friendships are made, muscles stretched and strengthened, risks taken, and goals reached!

SAK class is Monday and Wednesday nights from 6:15 - 7:00. Cost is $95 per month.
