Description
RHI Sports Program can help provide individuals with disabilities in Indiana the opportunity to participate in the sports activities. The RHI Sports Program is dedicated to providing competitive and non-competitive athletic opportunities to individuals with disabilities to enhance quality of life, promote physical fitness, introduce recreational and wheelchair sports and challenge participants to perform at a competitive level. The clinics are available to youths and adults with any physical disability. The clinics are also provided at an affordable cost to participants, generally $5 per person. These are some of the adaptive clinics the Sports Program provides:
Bowling
Tennis
Quad rugby
Track and field
Sled ice hockey Archery
Golf
Basketball
Scuba diving
Softball
Water skiing
RHI Sports Program also offers a Wheelchair Fitness Program held at RHI every Monday and Wednesday from 5-6 p.m. You will need a physician's written prescription to participate in the Fitness Program.
