• Paul Tucker is a Registered Instructor with the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain, and author of "Tai Chi" (Lorenz, 1997). He began studying Tai Chi in 1982 and became an Adult Education Institute Tutor in 1987.

  The Golden Rooster Tai Chi School (the name is taken from one of the postures in the form) was founded in 1988, and has had branches in North and East London, Brighton, Bath, Eastbourne, Seaford and now in the year 2002, Lewes, Newhaven and Bristol. Teaching staff includes Steve Rippl, Amanda Woodford, Ken Olende, Mick Sheridan, Jane Wolfson and Roy Thomas.

  Paul is also a registered Shiatsu practitioner.
